As a creative platform and incubator, we support playwrights, directors, designers, choreographers, producers, production managers, dramaturgs, and other collaborative theatre makers at every stage of their careers.

At Forge Theater Labs, we believe theatre is a living conversation between history and innovation. Every generation inherits an artistic legacy—not to preserve it unchanged, but to question it, build upon it, and reimagine what comes next.
Our mission is to empower the collaborative theatre artists behind the work by providing the space, resources, perspectives, and community to experiment, collaborate, and create boldly.
Through our various initiatives, we cultivate artists who honor the craft, challenge convention, and shape the next chapter of the art form.
